I’m Oleh. 10+ years in construction across the Czech Republic and the EU. From assembling a wardrobe to refreshing a whole flat — I come myself, bring my own tools, work clean and leave the place tidy.

How the price is calculated

The same rules for everyone. You agree to the price before I start.

Questions people ask

Do you speak English?

Yes. We speak English, Czech, Ukrainian and Russian. In English, our English-speaking colleague stays in touch with you.

Do I need to be home?

Usually yes, or someone who can let me in.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer, by QR invoice or in cash.

Do you buy materials?

Yes, if you want. Materials are charged at cost, by receipt, with no mark-up. Small fixings are included in the price.

What if the price changes?

The price changes only if the situation on site is different from the photos, and only with your consent before I start.

Do you work weekends?

Saturday 9:00–15:00 at +25%. On Sundays and public holidays only emergency call-outs, at +50%. Weekdays 8:00–19:00.

Is the work guaranteed?

Yes. Every job comes with a 24-month guarantee on the work.

Can you drill into concrete or panel walls?

Yes. I bring a hammer drill and a wire detector, so I check for cables before drilling.

Do you bring fixings?

Yes. Small fixings are included in the price. Anything special is charged at cost, by receipt.

Which areas do you cover?

All of Prague (1–22) and up to 20 km around. Outside Prague 15 Kč/km.

Do you clean up after the job?

Yes. I vacuum the dust and take the packaging away.
